NHSAA Tell us your story feedback App

This app allows you to give feedback about an experience you have had about NHS Ayrshire and Arran. You can tell us your story using a smart phone. We will have questionnaires of 3 or 4 questions where you can share your story with us using this App. It is simple to use and you can re-record responses as many times as you want. We will only share the feedback or use it to improve the service with your agreement and in the ways you want us to. Please take a few moments to speak to us, we really need your help.
